Progress Report (2016-2018) of the MDB Working Group on Sustainable Transport
Resumen
The Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)1 have a target to provide more than USd 175 billion of loans and grants for transport in developing countries between 2012-2022. This target is included in the MDBs’ Joint Statement of 2012 that was made as the Commitment to Sustainable Transport2 during the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, also known as Rio 2012 or Rio+20. This report looks at the progress and achievements of the MDBs between 2016 and 2018. The information is presented in a visual approach summarizing the information in charts and graphics.
