Resumen
With this study, CAF intends to share with the Fundación Paraguaya the knowledge gained during the construction and implementation of the initiative, putting the reader in the author's shoes to tell the story. We hope that this publication will be a useful reference for producing new models of social innovation and more inclusive public policies that promote more and better opportunities, particularly for the most vulnerable.
